Calling all sketch comedy writers!
So You Think You Can Sketch is a monthly sketch comedy competition where selected writers have their work brought to life in a live staged reading at Haus of Comedy.
Each month, 3-4 sketches are chosen and performed by our cast in front of a live audience in a staged reading. At the end of the night, a winner is selected by a panel of judges and input from the audience to be fully produced and performed (including costumes, lights, SFX, props, etc.) at the following month’s show.

🤔 What is a staged reading?
A staged reading is a form of theatre performance where actors read from scripts while standing or sitting on stage, typically without sets, costumes, or full memorization. It is a rehearsed, stripped-down presentation focusing on the script, often used to develop new plays, showcase work, or allow audience imagination to fill in visual elements.
